Program Participation: Information provided in volunteer applications, event registrations, program enrollment forms, surveys, and waivers.
Communications: Records of your correspondence with us, including emails, contact form submissions, and chat messages. Preferences: Your communication preferences and interests related to our mission and programs.

We adhere to the Association of Fundraising Professionals’ Donor Bill of Rights. We publicly acknowledge donors in accordance with their wishes and with their prior consent. Donors may request to remain anonymous in our publications. We will not publish the specific amount of any donor’s gift without explicit permission. Donors may opt-out of being listed in our annual report or other donor rolls by contacting us.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of your Personal Information. These include encryption, access controls, and secure server infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and its use. For example, donation records are retained as required by tax law. Access & Correction: You may request access to or correction of your Personal Information.
Opt-Out of Communications: You may unsubscribe from our marketing emails by using the “unsubscribe” link in any email or by contacting us. Transactional/service communications (e.g., donation receipts) may continue.
Do Not Track: Our Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

Data Deletion: You may request deletion of your Personal Information, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain data.

10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our Site and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it. Parents or guardians who believe we may have collected information from a child under 13 should contact us immediately.
